Thousands of students around the globe joined in her #FridaysforFuture-inspired strike. They skipped classes on Fridays to protest the effects of climate change. Climate activists all over the world took part in this Global Strike for Climate. The event was hugely successful, more than 1.6million people from over 125 countries joined.
