Anne Phung Nguyen, a Vietnamese American businesswoman, lives in Orange County California. I have a lovely fiance called JP along with a very unhappy father Henry. My Instagram account, @annephung, is where most people follow me. I share my life in general, positive and negative. When I was just 1 year old My family and I moved from the United States to America. If it wasn't because of the sacrifices made by my parents, I wouldn't even be here today sharing my life with the world. As I knew I could have a brighter future and I wanted to be successful and do my parents proud. There was a specific plan for me for my life: university and get a corporate job get married buy a house and have kids. Although I was convinced that this was the definition of the ideal life, reality had other strategies. In 2013 I found myself looking forward to going back to work. job the money and status was not bringing me joy- I felt like I was wasting my time and energy to earn a living when I knew I had a destiny. It was in 2013 that I discovered that my true passion was fitness. I also loved having fun and being able to assist other people. As I moved towards this new direction in life, I found the personal training I needed. My small business was started in 2014, and I'll be celebrating my 7th year of business success in the year 2021. It is rare to find Asian females working in the field. In order to be an innovator in my field and provide high-quality coaching and help others live an improved and happier life by creating a healthy lifestyle to their specific needs and to reach their targets. Additionally, I want to encourage others to go after their goals and achieve all they wish to achieve in their lives. My career was beginning to grow, I was struck by the most devastating loss of my life: my mother's loss of life. The battle she fought for eight years with the disease is over, and she lies in Heaven. Her memory will forever remain in my thoughts and brain. There is a lot we can learn from life, even though it may be difficult to recognize it right now. Her passing has changed my life in many different ways. I believe her passing gave me an opportunity to begin a new chapter. She passed away at the age of 87 on Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was her time to start her new life, and also I was given a second chance at living the most happy, joyful and meaningful life. Now into my 30's I am alive and conscious I truly feel that I live my life now and not merely existing like I did in the past. My experiences are shared with my readers so that I am able to share with you my experiences as well as my words. This can help you feel secure knowing that you're not the only one. It is possible to accomplishing anything you wish in your life. Therapy is necessary as is regular. The health of a person is the most important riches. My hope is that you live your the life you want to live and have your end is without regrets as that's the only thing we can count on during this lifetime.
