Julia-roberts

Julia Fiona Roberts is the daughter of Betty Lou Bredemus, and Walter Grady Roberts. She was born on October 28, 1967. She was born in Atlanta. The fourth generation of the Roberts generation to live in Atlanta that began with her farmer great-grandfather John Pendleton Roberts. Her father had an early interest in the theater. When he was a student at Emory University in 1952 he participated in plays on campus and elsewhere in Atlanta. He joined the military in 1953 and, while being stationed at Biloxi Mississippi, was a part of a military production that included Betty Lou Bredemus who was an air force member as well. In 1955, the couple got married and in 1956 their son Eric Anthony was born. Walter was a student at Tulane University, New Orleans Louisiana. The year 1957 was the year they quit the Air Force and Walter began studying at Tulane University. Walter started his work at Atlanta Academy Theater and Harrington Scenic and Lighting Studio in 1960. In 1964, Walter along with Betty Lou began production on the local Saturday morning children's television show called Bum Bum and His Buddies which they funded by themselves. In 1964, Walter and Betty Lou established The Actors and Writers Workshop. It lasted for the duration of six years. Within this period, they also had two youngsters Lelisa (called Lisa) Billingsley in 1965, and Julia (called Julie) in 1967.
