Emily VanCamp

Emily Irene VanCamp (Canadian actress) is best known for her leading roles in countless television series, but also her impressive performances in film. The actress is well-known on Canadian and American TV. Emily was interested in acting profession when she was just 12. She visited her older sister Katie in the film studio. As Emily discovered her passion for acting, she began training in acting classes and went to auditions. Initially she bagged a few commercials, and then was cast in the Canadian children's television show Are You Afraid of the Dark? which featured her in a single scene with any spoken dialogue. When she was 15years old, Emily had her biggest breakthrough when she was made a regular of the WB TV show Glory Days. Emily's performances caught the attention from Dawson's creek's Greg Berlanti, who then invited her to his TV show Everwood. Emily was also a dancer and photographer. Teen once named her as one of the top actresses below the age of twenty. Maxim placed her at number 51 in its Hot 100 of 2014.
